A slow layered wall of sounds with recessed vocals, in minor keys with modulations. The moderate reverb engulfs you while you float in a full immersion experience. Difficult to pick a favorite, excellent throughout.
Favorite track: The Seeker.
Featured this album on the forty seventh issue of RULE of THREE (bit.ly/RULEofTHREEbc). VV & The Void present us with a simply stunning and beautifully atmospheric track. Oozing darkness with a slow and distorted bass line and shimmering, angular guitars - “God Machine” is a melancholic fever dream. Valentina’s sweet mesmerising harmonised vocals add a splash of sadness and weight to the song ensuring it won’t be forgotten easily. We absolutely love it!
Favorite track: God Machine.
As VV & the Void, Valentina Veil has written, recorded, and produced her first full-length album, titled, “The Upper Room.”
Often described as ethereal, gothic, minimal-drone, noir, and dark wave, VV & the Void’s music is the singular celebration of earthly and lucid dichotomy of grace and disproportion, the feminine and the masculine, the moon and the sun, birth and death, and the war of consciousness from the perspective of unconsciousness.

It is a remarkable stage from the 90's, but come full force into the modern era ,reminiscent of parties and home treachery adding to the indulgence of party favors. Moderate use and fantastic dance raves! cliffy9

I just can't stop listening to this album. Over and over again, I have to press that play button because it's so damn good. Three months in and I still get goose bumps when I listen to the tracks. Clearly, my drug is spelled "Minuit Machine". systeera
